Coventry University Computer Club is a student-run society acting within the School of Computing, Electronics, and Mathematics, but outside the Students Union (No Membership Fees Required!)
The Computer Club at Coventry University Hosts several big events during the year for Computing Students! We also assist with organising some other events inside the University.
CUCC Hack 2017 is our second annual Hackathon, and run with Major League Hacking. A Hackathon is a 24 hour period of coding in teams to create new projects/products, and not Hacking into computer systems as some might believe.
For the first time this year, CUCC is hosting a Robot Challenge event where student teams and individuals can pin their lego robots head to head in a series of challenges.
New Wizards is an annual Computing Showcase hosted by the School of Computing, Electronics, and Maths to show off student work to potential employers. This event has given way to many job offers and placement offers over the years,
Computer Club runs Every Wednesday after lectures during term time (Semester 1 and Semester 2). You can find us from 2pm until 4pm in EC1-01, which is located on the First floor of the Engineering and Computing Building.
